Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
